Last year, Sri Lanka saw its first Tech Triathlon, and what a ride it was! Blending Engineering, UX Design, and AI, this wasn't your typical hackathon. Out of 1200+ tech enthusiasts and more than 190 teams, only 10 made it to the grand finale & award ceremony. "The Chimera," a talented group of nine students from the University of Colombo School of Computing, stood out and claimed the top spot and emerged as winners, along with a cool prize of 500,000 LKR.

The competition was fierce, with three rounds - a Designathon, Hackathon, and Datathon - each pushing the limits of what teams could create under tight deadlines. "The Chimera" didn't just participate; they thrived, impressing everyone with their teamwork, innovative solutions, and sheer determination.

Their journey to victory wasn't just about coding and designing; it was about proving how diverse skills, when combined, can solve complex problems in new and exciting ways. Their journey through the triathlon was a testament to their hard work, strategic planning, and adaptability, qualities that undoubtedly contributed to their success.

So, hats off to "The Chimera"! They didn't just win a competition; they showed us the future of tech, teamwork, and innovation.
